Learn the art of floral arrangement and get tips on flower farming from expert Jessica Gale of Sweet Gale Gardens. This class will include how to clean and prepare your stems, basic colour and design theory, palette selection, and arrangement care. We'll be using ecologically-grown flowers from Ryerson Urban Farm's micro flower farm and each guest will leave with a bouquet. All materials provided. ($35.00+HST)
